Aneika Dickens is a first year PhD student in Public Administration. She has worked on projects pertaining to economic efficiencies in public sector organizations. Her current projects include technical transfer activity in higher education institutions using transactional cost theory and evaluating the use of effective economic frameworks in the field of Public Administration. She has an interest in economic and community development, and a heart of underdeveloped communities in need of equity and sustainability. Her future research interest will definitely include using quantitative methods to evaluate public administration and program management.
